What this chart can tell you
We show only observations saved for this listing. Catalog dates describe the source file, not the exact time a seller changed a price. US listing snapshots can refer to different product options or customer offers. Sources stay separate.
Lowest recorded means the lowest in the displayed records, not the lowest price ever. Shipping, tax and offer eligibility can change the checkout total. A discount badge appears only when our separate price-drop checks are met.

02 / THE CHECK
Before you buy
Confirm the exact Kindle generation and case option. The e-reader is not included; sleep/wake behavior is seller-reported.
Editorial buying guidance, not hands-on testing.
THE CLOSER LOOK
Know what you are getting.
A book can travel loose in a bag; an e-reader screen deserves a little more planning. This Paperwhite 12th-Gen folio case is listed for the 7-inch 2024 Kindle Paperwhite. The reviewed photos show a folding cover, an elastic hand strap and a small card pocket. Those details make this a different proposition from a simple back shell: the cover folds around the device, while the strap gives your hand a place to rest during reading.
Check your Kindle model in the device settings before choosing the case. Paperwhite generations can look similar while their dimensions and button positions differ. A matching screen size alone is not enough. Compare the selected option with your reader’s charging port, power button and corner shape. Do not assume an older Paperwhite, a basic Kindle or another e-reader will fit. The listing describes a hidden stand and magnetic sleep/wake function; confirm those features for the exact option rather than relying only on the main image.
The hand strap may be useful for reading while seated on a commute, and the folding cover keeps the screen covered when put away. It also adds thickness compared with a bare device. Keep the card pocket lightly loaded so the cover can close normally, and check whether the folded position feels suitable for your reading hand. We have not tested drop protection or magnetic performance. This is a case listing, not a Kindle bundle. The recorded catalog price is not a live checkout quote, and US delivery must be confirmed for your ZIP code.
